Everything here is ours to give: the photographs were taken by Nikolaos and Diana in their own grove and at their own mill. Use them. If you need something that is not on this page, ask.
The short version
Olivius is a single estate extra virgin olive oil from Zakros, at the eastern end of Crete. Nikolaos Semertzakis grew up among the trees his grandfather planted. Diana Dabija came from the Republic of Moldova, learned the work, and now knows the grove as well as he does.
There are no employees and no bought in fruit. Nothing is blended with oil from anywhere else, so a difficult year tastes like one.

Free to use in any article about Olivius, print or online, with no fee and no permission needed. A credit to Olivius is welcome and not required. Please do not crop the label out of a bottle and present the oil as something else.
The name and the logo
Writing the name
Olivius, capital O and nothing else. Not OLIVIUS, not Olivius®. The oil is extra virgin olive oil; single estate is accurate and worth saying, because almost nothing on a supermarket shelf is.
The mark
